Last and final mentions bug fix.

Everyone should now see comments where they were mentioned. It doesn’t matter if the username was written uppercase, lowercase, a mix of both, if symbols follow or if the comment just contains the username.

I tested every possibility and it works now!

@Administrator ooh a few more days and I’ve officially been on here for a year! It’s certainly changed a fair bit since it first started.
